I can't believe this truly happened to me. I was completely blindsided by this con artist who almost took my entire life savings! Of course, being the smart/careful/diligent person I am, I should have known better than to click on the link/open the attachment/respond. It's a nightmare/horror story/terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
